Products. Our products are printed to order. Colours on screen may look slightly different from the real item, and small variations in print placement are normal. We may change or discontinue products and prices at any time.

Orders and payment. By placing an order, you confirm the information you give us is accurate. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, for suspected fraud or a pricing error). If we do, we'll refund you in full. Prices are in US dollars, and applicable sales tax is added at checkout.

Shipping, returns and refunds. These are covered by our Shipping policy and Refund policy, which are part of these terms.

Intellectual property. All designs, artwork, text and images on this site belong to Edge Case Supply or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them without our written permission.

Acceptable use. Don't use this site for anything unlawful, to interfere with how it works, or to collect other people's data.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability. The site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, Edge Case Supply is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies when you place your order.
