Shipping policy

Where we ship: for now we ship only within the United States.

Production: each item is made to order. Production usually takes 2–7 business days.

Delivery: after production, US delivery usually takes 3–8 business days with standard shipping, or less with express (where offered). Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking: when your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number.

Multiple items: items in one order may be printed in different places and arrive in separate packages.

Lost or stuck packages: if your tracking hasn't moved in 7 business days or your package shows as delivered but never arrived, email hello@edgecasesupply.com. We'll open a claim with the carrier and our print partner, and send a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost. Please check that your shipping address is correct before you order. We can't cover packages lost because of an address that was entered incorrectly.
